How do I change my password ?
1. Go to www.teamtilt.net or click on the “Access Account” or “Login” icon on the homepage.
2. Insert the email (your login) used to create the account and the password received by SMS, and click on ‘Login’.
3. In your account, click on “My account” at the top right and on “Password”.I forgot my password, how can I retrieve it ?

How do I reload credits on my account ?
1. Log into your account on www.teamtilt.net.
2. Click at upper right on “Buy”.
3. Follow the purchase procedure by selecting a package of message credits.
What is the duration of a credit/message ?
Currently, there is no expiry for the message credits.
How can I control my use ?
The balance of your credits is shown at the upper right after identification on www.teamtilt.net.
How are credits debited from my account ?
1 credit = 1 SMS or voice mail message sent.
Email and iPhone push alerts are free.
My credits are almost used up, can I continue to send alerts if my account shows 0 credit ?
If you have a TeamTILT PRO subscription, you are entitled to exceed available credits (check conditions when taking the subscription).
The basic TeamTILT version will block SMS and voice mail message. To purchase additional message credits, you must reload your account on www.teamtilt.net.
I created a second TeamTILT account, I had credits remaining on my first account, will I lose them ?
No, simply contact us and we will be happy to transfer any remaining credits to another account.
How do I configure multiple logins for the same account ?
This is only possible if you have the TeamTILT PRO version. Within your account, you can assign different logins to your users.
We are several users using the same account, only one of us receives the iPhone push notifications, why ?
The TeamTILT basic version only supports one iPhone push notification. If you want to have several destinations using this feature, we invite you to upgrade to the PRO version of TeamTILT.

What TeamTILT subscriptions are available ?
2 subscriptions are available:
-The basic TeamTILT : no contract, no recurrent fees. Buy pre-paid message credits. The registration is free and includes 10 message credits to test the solution.
-The TeamTILT PRO version : offering additional functionalities and SLA, is available with a subscription fee of €95/month.
What is the cost of a single SMS/voice message ?
The cost of an SMS/voice mail message varies depending on the package of credits/messages purchased :
- Package of 200 messages = €0.16/message
- Package of 1000 messages = €0.13/message
- Package of 5000 messages = €0.11/message
What is one credit/message worth ?
1 credit/message = 1 SMS or 1 voice mail message.

How are iPhone push notifications configured ?
1. Download the “AlarmTILT “ application on the Apple Store and install it.
2. Enter your TeamTILT login/password when asked. Your iPhone token will be added as additional media for your contact.
3. Update your alert scheme in the user interface.
What is TeamTILT Heartbeat ?
The heartbeat feature guarantees an ongoing connectivity check beetween the TeamTILT plugin and the TeamTILT servers.
Every 15 minutes, the plugin issues a life sign (heartbeat) to confirm that your monitoring server is up and the connection to our servers is still active ! If the heartbeat is not received for 2 consecutive times (total of 30 minutes), the client is considered down and a notification is automatically sent to a predefined group.
Is it possible to send explicit warning messages ?
Yes, TeamTILT enables you to create and modify the contents of your message.
How does sending alerts work with TeamTILT PRO ?
The principle is the same as for the basic TeamTILT. In addition, TeamTILT PRO includes intelligent alert procedures and escalations :
Messages are sent to different contacts at predefined time intervals, via any available communication media, until one of the persons alerted confirms the reception of the alert message, thus ending the cascading procedure. This guarantees that important or critical information is actively received and read !

Software as a Service (SaaS) is a concept that consists of offering a subscription to software rather than a license. With the development of Information and Communication Technologies, more and more SaaS offers are made over the Web. Thus, it is no longer necessary to install an office application or client server. The application is always accessible via a Web browser.
Installation
Should I install mobile applications to receive notifications ? How does connectivity work ?
No mobile application, no SIM card, no special provision is required with TeamTILT.
The solution offers connectivity to any type of telecommunication network. The customer is not required to subscribe to an additional mobile operator to use this solution.
TeamTILT offers worldwide coverage, including an automatic system to distribute messages to other operators in case of delivery problems.
Which conditions are required to install and use TeamTILT for Nagios, Centreon, Zenoss and WhatsUp Gold ?
There are no specific technical prerequisites. Since TeamTILT is managed via an Internet browser, you only need your monitoring software (Nagios, Centreon, Zenoss, or WhatsUp Gold) to be previously installed and correctly configured. Also, ensure that the outgoing connexions are authorized through port 80 (the default http port) of your server.
How do I install TeamTILT for Nagios, Centreon, Zenoss et WhatsUp Gold ?
To install the specific plugin to your monitoring software :
1. Create a user account
2. Within your account, visit the 3rd party plugin page

Do I have to restart my computer after installing or uninstalling the client ?
How do I uninstall the plugin ?
1. Delete the initial unzipped file (for example TeamTILTforNagios).
2. Delete the cron task of the Nagios or Zenoss user.
